Dr Lockwood qualified MB ChB at Liverpool medical school 1981.
MSc from Birmingham University 1993 researching chronic pain conditions in the elderly.
He has spent the last ten years acting as the educational tutor for general practitioners in East Staffordshire, and currently is a Primary Care Medical Educator, with responsibilities to train new G.P.s
Interests in cryotherapy and mental health problems.
A practising Christian.
Outside interests include palaeontology, so look out for dinosaur
bones in the surgery!
