Important You MUST Read These Guidelines Before You Submit Your Request :

• We can only process requests that are already on repeat, ANY OTHER MEDICATION REQUESTS WILL BE DISCARDED
• You must complete all the details including you patient number & email address
• If your medication needs reviewing, you will need to make an appointment with either the nurse or doctor, the medication cannot be requested using this site.
• Please make sure you have read our Privacy Notice regarding handling of the details that you submit via this website.
• Your repeat prescription will take two working days to process.
• Enter your medication exactly as it is printed on your repeat slip and do not use generic names.
• Please DONOT add comments to your prescription request, we are unable to process these. If, for example, you need your medication early as you are going holiday you will need to drop this request in to the surgery

If you do not follow these guidelines, and provide ALL of the above details, then your request will NOT be processed.
